The Mind capital Wellbeing Index

A clear view of mental wellbeing at work

The Mind capital Wellbeing Index provides a clear and accessible overview of an employee’s current mental wellbeing.

Based on an objective measurement using Psyray brainwave technology, the Index translates complex personal information into seven easy-to-understand wellbeing scores. Each area is expressed as a percentage, with 100% representing the strongest possible score.

The seven scores are then combined into one overall Wellbeing Index percentage.

This gives employees a practical snapshot of how they are doing, while also making it possible to monitor changes over time.

One Overall (average) score, supported by deeper insight

The overall Wellbeing Index percentage gives a concise indication of current mental wellbeing.

The seven underlying scores show where someone is doing well and where additional attention may be valuable. This makes the Index useful not only as a snapshot, but also as a starting point for personal development, coaching, prevention and monitoring.

Repeated measurements make it possible to identify changes over time and evaluate whether support, adjustments or interventions are having a positive effect.
